Exchange Policy
At MedRobe, we want you to shop with confidence. If you need to exchange an item, our customer service team will help you arrange the exchange through courier only.
Exchanges are subject to the following conditions:
- The request is submitted within 7 working days of receiving the parcel (via email, phone, WhatsApp, or SMS).
- The reason for exchange is clearly mentioned.
- The product is in original packaging, with tags and labels intact.
- The original invoice is included with the parcel.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and free from stains, odours, or damage.
- Sale items and discounted products are not eligible for exchange. If a product purchased at full price later goes on sale, it can only be exchanged at the sale price.
MedRobe reserves the right to review and approve/decline any exchange request. Customers will be notified once the request has been processed.
⚠️ This policy applies only to orders delivered within Pakistan.
Damages & Claims
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify our customer service team within 2 working days of receiving your order.
- Our team will review the complaint and, if approved, issue a store credit coupon of equal value.
- This coupon will be valid exclusively on our online store and can be used for future purchases.
- Processing of claims may take up to 7 working days.
Return Policy
- MedRobe does not offer refunds.
- Only faulty, damaged, or wrongly delivered items are eligible for exchange, not return.
- Once an order is placed, received, or paid, only the exchange process applies.
